One of our typical classes takes about 1.5 hours and is open to all levels (beginners – experienced). After warming up together basic Capoeira techniques of attack and defense are taught along with specific acrobatic movements. If necessary the group is split in order to adequately address the needs of newcomers and experienced students.

Our training consists of learning Capoeira songs, instruments (Berimbao, Tambourine, Drum etc.), other related brazilian dances such as Samba de Roda and Maculele and lessons on the historic and cultural background of our art.
