My Biggest Dreams!
As part of the XPRESSIONs project, students were asked to draw pictures depicting their goals and wishes and learn to focus on them. Below is a compilation of some of these drawings and explanations.
Carson, 19 – New Haven
My dream is to become a cameraman and to do love movies! I’ll show people different things and I’ll have clients and do different movies for them….like horror movies or police movies….I’ll feel good, like I’ve accomplished something…I have to do more work to get there, like help out other cameramen …. I will change my friends and the place where I liVe and also my attitude….I will have more respect to people.

My wish is to graduate from school and my mother feel proud! It will change my life, because it will be easier to find a job….then I can buy more things….and buy a house for my mother, my brother and my sister. I have to work hard to achieve this…..

I wish I will have a rocket and visit the stars, the moon and other planets! I’ll put a flag on the moon, too!....anytime I am bored or don t know what to do I will visit the stars…

My greatest wish is to have a house for me and my family. My window has a curtain, my rear windows are all colored. I will feel very good! There will be a fish tank downstairs, too! I started drawing the first floor but then I kinda get tired...that’s why downstairs look empty…

I want to be a DJ … I’m drawing my turntables….NICHOLASUPREME will be my name and I will be the best DJ in the world! I’ll get places where they want me to play, like clubs and I will go to these places and play music and get money…I will stay in hotels overnight…

My biggest wish is to be a cricket player…..or a footballer if the cricket don’ t work out….I wish I will have a big house and a car……a green, yellow and blue car!
I’ll feel nice when I will get all of this……I feel happy now.

My dream is to be a successful business man. I will export goods and people will transport them for me with trucks. I will have a wife and catch fish in the river; you can see it on the picture! I will live in my own house…upstairs and downstairs…
